I have been staying with Palmera Vacations for about the past 5 years when traveling to Puerto Vallarta. They always show up on time for check in and check outs. Alma has been very helpful when I have had large groups and needed to coordinate multiple units within the same building. They have also been able to help us with advance grocery shopping and arranging gourmet chefs for our yearly New Year's Dinner! When it comes time to travel to PV I go straight to the Palmera Vacations website and no where else!
